A quick overview
Upon logging into Fairmarkit, your home page will reflect all RFP's available to view.
Drafts shows previously created and saved RFP's that have not yet been sent to suppliers to bid on.
Opened shows all of the RFP's that are currently available for suppliers to bid on. You can edit these, add suppliers, and update notes, as well as see the current results.
Closed shows RFP's which are no longer available for bidding, and are now ready for you to select a supplier.
Awarded shows RFP's that are completed which have pricing that can be updated in your ERP system and used to generate Purchase Orders.
Canceled shows RFP's which were opened, but will never be awarded.
Archived shows RFP's which never went out to bid.
The second row below the Search Bar can be sorted:
The Awarded Amount is the total amount the winning suppliers have bid on an Awarded RFP.
The Lowest Bid is always listed for each entry, in any phase.
The RFP Value is the amount you set as the total expected value for the RFP.
The Projected Savings amount you set as the total expected savings for the RFP
You can sort by the Publish Date or Close Date of the request.
The Invited, Started, and Submitted columns show how many suppliers were solicited, have begun working on their response, and have submitted their final pricing.
