Split Awarding Bids

In the instance that you'd like to award to more than one supplier, you can split your awards between them.

This is known as split awarding, where you split the items among a number of suppliers that have submitted bids. The advantage to this process is that the buyer can select the bids with the most savings; however, it will require issuing additional purchase orders for each supplier awarded.  

The lowest bid for each line item will be highlighted in green. Click the purple trophy icon next to the desired bid for each line item to award them individually. Once you have selected a bid for each line item, the blue banner will appear with a button entitled SPLIT AWARD N ITEMS, selecting this will trigger a "partially awarded" email notification to the suppliers who have won.
