Awarding to an Offline Supplier in Fairmarkit

Sometimes you receive pricing direct from a supplier via email that may be more competitive than what you receive through Fairmarkit. In cases like this, you want to be sure to record their pricing in Fairmarkit so it can be tracked against your other suppliers for visibility, transparency, and savings calculations.

First, click on the title of the Opened or Closed request you would like to enter and award pricing on.

Then, click on the Actions button and select the Add offline quote option.

Select the supplier you would like to award to from the lookup that appears and click NEXT. If you do not find the supplier you are looking for, you can create them using the Quick Add feature.

This will take you to the Bid Request Page where you can input the Quote Number, Delivery Days, and Unit Price provided to you by the supplier.

Once this information is entered, hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page and return to your request.

You'll see the pricing you entered marked with an Offline tag and you can select the trophy next to the price to award as normal.
