Keep reading for the details on each Dashboard below.
Buyer Performance
The new “Buyer Performance” dashboard has been designed for Supervisors and Administrators to be able to review and compare buyers’ activity, such as how many RFQs are being created and opened, the average number of invited suppliers per RFQ, awarded savings, and time spent in each status.
Users affected: Only Supervisors and Administrators are able to see this dashboard.
Buyer Reporting
Designed for individual buyers to be able to review their RFQ activity, easily see what actions need to be taken, and then take those actions. We’re expecting this dashboard will serve as a work queue for buyers and also as an information source for buyers to review and share their performance.
Users Affected: Users with a role of Supervisor, Administrator, or Observer will be able to see all RFQ activity; users with a role of Buyer will only be able to view RFQs assigned to them.
Changes made:
- Complete reworking of data visualizations, including formatting and layout.
- Section headers added for ease of use
- NEW “Requests Requiring Action” section that buyers can use as a work queue to review RFQs in draft or closed status that need action taken. Links from the RFQs in this section back to the RFQ Details page within the platform are available so that it’s seamless for users to move from this dashboard into the platform where updates can be made to the RFQs.
- Removed “Top Items Sourced” section that appears in original “Buyer Reporting” dashboard since this isn’t actionable and replaced with “Top 50 Suppliers by Awarded Spend.” This new section includes each supplier's response rate (number of bids submitted/number of RFQ invitations) so that buyers can reach out to suppliers that have been awarded significant amounts, but have not responded to all invitations sent, to improve response rates
Executive Overview
The updated version of the “Executive Overview” dashboard highlights key metrics and trends within a customer’s program, including new data insights not previously provided. This dashboard will give useful information to all users; it’s designed to be exported and sent to customer executives who may not have access to embedded analytics.
Users Affected: Users with a role of Supervisor, Administrator, or Observer will be able to see all RFQ activity; users with a role of Buyer will only be able to view RFQs assigned to them.
Changes made:
- Complete reworking of data visualizations, including formatting and layout.
- NEW “Cost Avoidance & Cost Savings by Month” chart
- NEW “Missed Savings Opportunities” section that shows reasons buyers awarded to the non-lowest bid.
- More robust reporting around “Supplier Performance”
- NEW “Spend and Savings by Country” table
RFQ Details
This dashboard is an easy, ad hoc analysis for buyers to download on their sourcing activity. This new tabular view provides a unique row per RFQ with the essential fields displayed, such as Status, Created At Date, Buyer Name, Title, Country, and more. Users can also click on the “...” next to any value shown within the Fairmarkit RFQ ID column to access the option to view the RFQ Details page within the platform in a new browser tab.
Users Affected: Users with a role of Supervisor, Administrator, or Observer will be able to see all RFQ activity; users with a role of Buyer will only be able to view RFQs assigned to them.
Supplier Trends
Formerly known as "Supplier Performance," this dashboard puts a focus on providing actionable insights on supplier engagement.
Users Affected: Users with a role of Supervisor, Administrator, or Observer will be able to see all RFQ activity; users with a role of Buyer will only be able to view RFQs assigned to them.
Changes from previous version:
- Complete reworking of data visualizations, including formatting and layout.
- NEW charts showing supplier responses by week
- “Top 20 Suppliers Based on # No Responses” and “Top 20 Suppliers Based on # Awarded RFQs” show supplier response rates, along with supplier bid amounts.
- Enhanced drill-downs allow users to open the associated RFQ Details page or Bid Details page within the platform in a new browser tab.
Supplier Diversity
The Fairmarkit data model allows for the optional addition of business classification tags to denote the diversity categorization of each supplier. For customers who have implemented supplier business classification tags, the “Supplier Diversity” dashboard visualizes adoption rates of inviting diverse suppliers.
Users Affected: All users who have access to embedded analytics enabled at a company with Supplier Diversity add-on can interact with this dashboard
Changes from previous version:
- New filter options, including Category, Business Classification, and Team Name
- Updated color palette
- New layout that has most critical information shown above the page break
- Information icon available next to the title of each tile that when hovered over shows notes on the information shown.
