When Draft RFQs contain items in the same category, it can be beneficial to bundle them into a larger request before sending it out to your suppliers. This can often result in greater savings on larger quantities.
Click on the checkbox to the left of two or more Draft RFQs that you would like to bundle into a single request.
After selecting the RFQs, click the Bundle button that appears in the blue bar at the top of the RFQ List. This bar will also let you know how many line items are being bundled, up to the maximum amount of 150 line items per request.
You will then be prompted to confirm the bundle by clicking Yes.
This will create the bundled RFQ as a Draft so that you can review and make any necessary changes before Saving or Sending the request to your suppliers.
The new bundled request will now appear in your RFQ List with a blue tag indicating that it has been Bundled. Hovering over this tag will show you the RFQ ID's of the requests it was created from.
The original requests will then be moved to the Archived tab.
If necessary, the request can be Unbundled by clicking on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the RFQ and selecting the Unbundle option. This will return the original requests from the Archived tab to the Drafts tab.
